How it works
- It counts when someone you referred signs on for ongoing work with us. A Business Blueprint on its own doesn't trigger it.
- We pay or donate within 30 days after their first ongoing payment clears.
- No cap. Send ten owners who sign on, and we say thank you ten times.
- They mention your name when they book, or you introduce us by email. That's how we track it.
- If your profession limits referral fees, choose Give.
We tell every owner you send that our partners may receive a thank-you gift or donation. No surprises for anyone.

Questions partners ask
Do you work with companies already running on EOS?
That's who we work with most. We run on EOS ourselves, so we speak the same language as you and your clients.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. Just make the intro. I'll take it from there, and I won't push.
What if they never buy?
They still leave the free review knowing what's working, what isn't, and what it's costing them. You look good either way.
Who's the best fit?
Owner-run businesses doing $2M to $20M in sales, in any industry. If they're smaller, send them anyway. I'll tell them honestly whether we can help.
Will you step on my work?
No. We don't implement EOS or coach the leadership team on the tools. That's yours. We make the numbers behind the Scorecard, Rocks, and V/TO real, and we work alongside you, not around you.
I can't take referral fees in my profession. Can I still take part?
Yes. Choose Give, and we'll donate the $1,500 in your name to one of three organizations we support: Junior Achievement, Feeding America, or First Book.
Do you send referrals back?
Yes. That's half the point of the call. Our clients need good CPAs, attorneys, bankers, coaches, and brokers. Tell me who you help, and I'll keep you in mind.
